City Mall is leading and biggest Shopping Mall in Country (Georgia). It is a project in partnership with European Bank of Reconstruction & Development (EBRD). After successful launch it has planned to raise up service quality on competitive level. 

Mall management decided to establish quality management system for staff accordingly involved, combining it to warehouse system in one space.
